Imagine an experience that’s specially crafted to engage every member of the family; teens, tweens, adults and everyone in between.
From May 5th – 7th, DeciBel will transform Queen’s Hall into the premier hub for all things entertainment; a three day event that merges education with the creative arts to allow a mindful exploration of the multiple careers in the creative industry all while creating a wholesome alternative to Trinidad and Tobago’s typical entertainment ‘mall and movies’ menu.
In 2016 over 5,000 patrons including industry professionals flocked the venue to indulge in the event’s second consecutive installment.
Local and international exhibitors such as The Cinema MakeUp School complemented the main attraction – Zombie Island; a sense stimulating horror house that left patrons running for the hills. 2016 will see an expansion of the pore-raising Zombie Island as well as three additional attractions namely Captain T&T; an obstacle course for the thrillseekers, Escape Room for those who enjoy a mental challenge and Games Con, THE spot for all gaming aficionados.
Over the years we’ve introduced Trinidad and Tobago to some of hollywood’s biggest stars such as Adam Sevani, Pretty Little Liars actress Torrey DeVitto, Serayah McNeill from the hit show empire, Carmen Electra and Shia Le Bouf among others.
In similar fashion, DeciBel will be featuring entertainment’s most appealing acts in both a Friday night concert and a special autograph signing on the Saturday for all super fans.
Staying true to its mandate, DeciBel is creating an environment to harness the creative potential of Trinidad and Tobago. It’s a space where where budding creatives can learn about careers in entertainment, showcase their talent, monetize their craft and network with industry professionals.
